It's about 3 hours long, although you're not on the water that whole time. First you meet, then you ride a bus to get to the dock, and then you do the tour. At the end you can either ride the bus back, or you can take public or private transportation to somewhere else, such as the Big Buddha. BTW, we missed the Big Buddha and I'm sorry we did.
