The center is organized so that a guide is not really needed. We proceeded through the exhibits on our own at our own pace. We read the printed explanations and watched parts of the movies that were playing. We found it to be very informative and enjoyable. We were there in January and it was not busy so it was easy to have a good look at everything. Great place for Steinbeck fans.
