Really enjoyed the building, the views and Cassandra’s customer service from the souvenir shop on 148 floor who helped us select our souvenirs.Full review by marilenap749

We did not really set our expectations appropriately for how private and luxurious this added experience would be. You arrive at the top lounge in the world and are presented with not only champagne,…Full review by jklitt

Q:
I am visiting Dubai in December with my family and want to go up the Burj Khalifa on the 27th Friday. What ticket should I purchase to avoid lineups? I do not mind purchasing the VIP ticket (152/153/154th floor) if it means no lineups. How early should I arrive to the entrance for the 5PM Bubbly Experience (sunset views)? What entrance do I go to? Armani Hotel Entrance or Main Entrance? If I book directly from Burj Khalifa website, do I have to pick up my tickets from elsewhere before showing up to the entrance or are my tickets emailed to me?

Hi Please try to book tickets before you arrive from outside booking agent or your hotel. All tickets and Fast track queues VIP queues are collected and entered from the main desk Entrance in the Mall ( in the food hall). Arrive at least 60 minutes before you need to be there as 5 pm is the busiest time for people to find there places for the 7Pm light show. The queue are managed and fast track or vip is quicker. There are a limited number of lifts which causes the jams and they need people to come down the lift before they let people up As they manage the numbers on the viewing decks at all times. The Armani entrance I think is the car park entrance and you need to walk to find the Burj AT The Top lifts / entrance follow the over head signs but you can enter the mall from Any entrance and walk to the Burj at the top lifts via the desk and security section, you may be bag checked and scanned before you go through the Burj gates. Good luck and enjoy x

An amazing experience. With this trip you get to have afternoon tea on the 154th floor. The staff were really attentive and the afternoon tea was delicious and the staff were happy to bring you as much food and drink as you could manage. One of the great benefits was to have vip entry and vip exit whenever you were ready. When you see the queues that you get to walk past you realise how valuable that is in itself. The views were amazing from 154 but you were also able to spend as long as you wanted on 124&125 (although that was a lot busier and obviously less exclusive). All in all a great way to ‘do’ Burj Khalifa.
