A little bit further down the small island is the tennis court, a half-court for basketball and swing sets. Continue on to the end to find "Back Beach" and another dock. This island backdrop not only makes for picture-perfect views but for memories that will stay with you for a lifetime. The cottage is a typical Maine island-style cottage. Upstairs bedrooms have traditional open ceilings. Water on both sides of the cottage with a sunny large deck and a covered front porch. Courtesy quiet hours start at 10 pm. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.
