Columbia University could find itself facing far-reaching consequences as the Trump administration threatens its accreditation and accuses the school of violating federal anti-discrimination laws.

The European Union strongly supports the International Criminal Court, European Council Antonio Costa said on Friday, adding that it is "a cornerstone of international justice".

The administration notified the university’s accrediting body that federal agencies had found that the school violated Jewish students’ civil rights.
