A federal judge on Friday signed off on the $2.8 billion settlement between college athletes and the NCAA, clearing the way for schools to begin paying their athletes.

A federal judge has temporarily blocked a proclamation by President Donald Trump that banned foreign students from entering the U.S. to attend Harvard University.

The temporary restraining order hands the university another win in its battle with the Trump administration, which has been trying to force change at Harvard.

The same federal judge also extended her block on another attempt by the administration to stop the university from issuing student visas.
