Authorities in Ohio announced they have solved the 1981 cold case murder of 18-year-old Debbie Lee Miller. Mansfield Police Chief Jason Bammann told WEWS Monday that James Vanest has been positively identified as Miller's killer. However, Vanest was killed last month during a standoff with police.
