A Maine man was identified Tuesday as the driver who died in a three-car crash on Interstate 95 south in Portsmouth, N.H. that also injured two women, including one from Massachusetts, authorities said.

The cause of the crash is still being investigated, but officials say one driver stopped his vehicle in a travel lane on the interstate.

New Hampshire State Police officials have announced a Maine man was killed in a crash on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth. Martin Osier, 62, of Bremen, was identified as the victim who died as a result of Monday night's three-vehicle collision near mile marker 13.
