New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn took part in a yearly NFL tradition for the first time this past week. Each year at the NFL owners meetings ... it's not just the owners of all 32 teams in attendance. Most, if not all, of the 32 head coaches are taking part too.

Aaron Glenn appreciates the sound of silence. As NFL world fluttered about at the annual league meeting this week — chatter regarding “tush push” bans and Aaron Rodgers’ prolonged flirtation with the Pittsburgh Steelers — Glenn floated through the bustling common areas of the Breakers hotel unencumbered by controversy or distraction.

The Jets added plenty of talent to the organization, like Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams, and Haason Reddick among others. Things just didn't work out in 2024, though. The Jets finished in third place in the AFC East with a 5-12 record.
