Oscar- and Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist and writer Jules Feiffer has died. He was 95 and had published his last book just four months ago.

The artist, who created alongside Will Eisner, also wrote nearly 30 works, including the Jack Nicholson-led film, 'Carnal Knowledge'

Jules Feiffer, a Pulitzer Prize winning editorial cartoonist and former Vineyard seasonal resident, died on Friday at the age of 95.  He was perhaps most famous for his cartoon “Feiffer,” which started in the Village Voice in 1956,

In his long-running Village Voice comic strip and in his many plays and screenplays, he took delight in skewering politics, relationships and human nature.
