James Lee Williams, better known as the winner of 'RuPaul's Drag Race U.K.' season one The Vivienne, has died, with show judge Visage paying tribute to "a beacon to so many."

The U.K. drag superstar competed on the first season of "Drag Race UK" and returned to star on "All Stars 7," with Michelle Visage remembering her as "a beacon to so many."

RuPaul has made his first public appearance since The Vivienne's death, delivering an emotional tribute at DragCon UK in London's ExCel centre on Friday. The 64-year-old drag icon appeared visibly moved as he addressed the crowd alongside fellow judge Michelle Visage.
