Sarah Milgrim, killed outside the Capital Jewish Museum Wednesday with her boyfriend, Yaron Lischinsky, was very involved in Jewish life.

Lischinsky, a 30-year-old Israeli citizen, had deep ties to his country’s Messianic Jewish community.
