RICHMOND, Ind. (WISH) — A man is dead after a fatal crash on I-70 in Wayne County Saturday. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded to a serious crash on I-70 eastbound near mile marker 149, just northwest of Richmond, Indiana.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was called to an area south of Winside on Saturday after a wind turbine maintenance crew experienced an equipment failure, resulting in two men falling from a turbine, said sheriff Jason Dwinell in a press release.
