The 4Runner's sixth generation has an improved cabin that introduces modern features and more people space in the second and third rows.

The previous generation is easy to fall in love with over time despite its terrible road manners and sluggish, fuel-slurping V6, but Toyota had a chance to turn the 4Runner into a much more balanced vehicle as well as an even more capable off-road vehicle.

The new 4Runner's cabin is very similar to the Tacoma mid-size pickup's. Most models get a 12.3-inch digital instrument display and a 14.0-inch center touchscreen, though 7.0- and 8.0-inch units, respectively, are standard.
