When Leon Draisaitl left the Edmonton Oilers lineup with an undisclosed injury, he had a league-leading 49 goals on the season. Even after missing four games, the Oilers superstar wasn’t passed in the goals race and he proved why he’s the Rocket Richard favorite in his return.

Before Draisaitl came alive in the third, Viktor Arvidsson was the Oilers' best player on Saturday night. He scored Edmonton's first goal on a sweet feed from Draisaitl in the second period and was all over the ice the entire night. His expected goals share of 79% led the Oilers.

Edmonton superstar forward Leon Draisaitl became the first player in the NHL this season to reach 50 goals, then he added his 51st later Saturday night in dramatic fashion, as the Oilers defeated the rival Calgary Flames 3-2 in overtime at Rogers Place.
