A helicopter crashed into the Hudson River on Thursday, killing all on board, according to New York City Mayor Eric Adams, the latest in a string of incidents in the past few months that has rattled confidence in aviation safety.

Authorities have said three adults and three children died when the helicopter fell from the sky.
