Multiple winter weather-related alerts are in place across parts of New York, as well as further south in the Mid-Atlantic region.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Meteorologists are monitoring two additional winter storms forecast to roll through the New York City area following Tuesday’s snow event. On Wednesday, forecasters are expecting an evening storm to bring a wintry mix of precipitation to the five boroughs.

Thursday’s sloppy morning precipitation has come and gone, but a Winter Storm Watch is already in place for our next round of wintry weather on the way this weekend. For snow lovers, this could be a good one!
