PS: In Outlook.com you now can just go straight to Gear Icon at top right, choose Display Settings and from there pull-down menu and click on the Focused Inbox link to select Don’t Sort Messages.

Click the pencil icon and select Send now. Outlook lets you create folders and subfolders to organize and manage your inbox.
