A Utah bill proposing restrictions on transgender students in university housing passed the Utah Legislature Monday.

Amenities include a two-bedroom guesthouse, a wine cellar, a new private dock with boat lifts, a gym, and multiple patios.

The college junior turned his dorm room into a mini live recording venue and began collaborating with other students who also loved to create music.
