SPENCER, Mass. - Exploding propane tanks and fireworks created a massive, chaotic blaze in Massachusetts on Monday, destroying two homes and damaging one other. The three homes were situated in Spencer on East Avenue. Paul Shea captured the video showing the fire along with fireworks going off as firefighters work to put out the blaze.
