Star batter Steve Smith and his dislocated finger are going with Australia to the Caribbean. Captain Pat Cummins says Smith doesn’t need surgery on the compound dislocation to his right pinkie from the World Test Championship final at Lord's.

Smith went straight to hospital after leaving the field and had the wound cleaned, stitched and the finger placed in a splint in a race to be fit to face the West Indies
