Former Texas Longhorns star quarterback Quinn Ewers reportedly turned down an $8 million dollar NIL offer to transfer.
"Ewers' return to Texas after he originally committed to the Ohio State Buckeyes helped re-establish the Longhorns as a national power," he wrote. "However, he never proved to be a consistent or top-level quarterback compared to his peers."
