Democratic challenger John Mannion beat Rep. Brandon Williams (R-NY) in New York’s 22nd Congressional District. Mannion won with 53.8% of the vote to Williams’s 46.2%. The Associated Press called the race at 11:14 p.m. Eastern time, with 81% of the vote counted.
