The Vegas Golden Knights are on a quick two-game road trip to St. Louis and Dallas this week. Before he left, Knights goalie Adin Hill spoke with 8 News Now about the new pain scheme on his helmet.

LAS VEGAS -- As the Vegas Golden Knights hit the road for two games, tonight in St. Louis and Friday in Dallas, they'll hope to shed a 1-6 losing skid that left coach Bruce Cassidy calling out every aspect of his team after a 5-4 shootout loss to the Blues on Monday.

Jake Neighbours and Brayden Schenn scored during a shootout after St. Louis gave up two goals in the final minutes of regulation, and the Blues held on to defeat the Vegas Golden Knights 5-4 on Monday.

Hill is 4-2-0 in his last six starts, with a 2.02 GAA and a .916 save percentage. Overall, the netminder is 17-7-2 with a pair of shutouts, a 2.60 GAA and a .903 save percentage over 26 appearances. The Wild are tied for 16th in NHL scoring, averaging 3.00 goals per game in 2024-25.

Jake Neighbours and Brayden Schenn scored in the shootout for St. Louis after Jack Eichel and Pavel Dorofeyev scored with Vegas' net empty to force overtime.
