Rudin won an Academy Award for Best Picture as the producer of the Coen Brothers’ “No Country for Old Men,” and his other film credits include “Lady Bird,” “Fences,” “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,” “The Social Network,” “Uncut Gems,” eight Wes Anderson films, and more. His Broadway shows include “The Book of Mormon” and “To Kill a Mockingbird.”

Producer Scott Rudin, who stepped back from the film and theater industry in 2021 after workplace abuse allegations, is planning his Broadway return. The New York Times reported Friday that Rudin is developing a handful of Broadway productions.

Rudin stepped away from show business four years ago amid reports that he had bullied assistants. He says he has “a lot more self-control” now.
