Four years after it was first announced, Buc-ee's will celebrate its first day in the Magnolia State in summer 2025.

A grading permit has been approved for the project, and dirt is being moved on the development site. Despite movement, an estimated construction date is still undetermined.

Buc-ee’s is taking legal action against three companies for trademark infringement, claiming their logos and branding closely resemble its own.
