In the three-team trade, Sacramento sent De’Aaron Fox to the San Antonio Spurs while also adding LaVine from Chicago. While it was a tough decision to trade away Fox, he left them no choice to do so due to him not wanting to the franchise long-term.

LaVine and DeRozan are back together with the Sacramento Kings after playing together with the Chicago Bulls for three seasons.
