The first NASCAR Truck Series race at Rockingham Speedway in well over a decade did not disappoint. There was plenty of competitive racing, interesting strategy, and well-deserved victory.

Rockingham Speedway, known as “The Rock,” welcomed back NASCAR racing in 2012 and 2013 with the Camping World Truck Series, marking a fleeting return for the historic 1.017-mile oval in North Carolina after an eight-year absence from the national series spotlight.
