At the latest National Transportation Safety Board ( NTSB ) press conference, NTSB Chair Jennifer Homendy shared the NTSB’s latest, best recollection of events before the mid air collision of American Airlines Flight 5342 with a Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawk.
