South Carolina Highway Patrol is asking the public for information after a deadly hit-and-run blocked traffic on Interstate 85 for more than five hours overnight.

The person on the moped died at the scene. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office identified the victim as 35-year-old David Joseph Moreno of Greenwood.
