Hitachi Energy will expand three facilities in Westmoreland County, and the state will invest over $300,000 to specifically help the company's Mount Pleasant facility, Gov. Shapiro's office says.

Deputy Attorney General Seth Miller filed the lawsuit, in the form of a Complaint in Equity, in the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas.
