The bill would place limits on single-use plastics at restaurants and hotels and ban thicker plastic bags at stores and restaurants.

The Oregon Senate has voted to raise the minimum age for marriage to 18 years old, joining 13 other states with the same minimum age, and the bill now heads to the Oregon House of Representatives.
