The Pittsburgh Penguins came into the final game of their seven-game, 15-day road trip on Wednesday in desperate need of a good outcome. Well, they got what they wanted - thanks to their two biggest stars.

After Keller recovered the puck for Utah's first possession in overtime, it took only seconds before Utah got its only goal shot of the period. With Utah's Barrett Hayton slapping the ice to call for the puck, Sergachev passed to Hayton right in front of Penguins goalie Alex Nedeljkovic.

As expected, Pittsburgh Penguins forward Sidney Crosby was named as captain of Canada’s entry into the upcoming 4 Nations Face-Off event. Crosby is the NHL’s longest tenured active captain, having served in that role for the Penguins since 2007.
