Babies at TriStar Hendersonville's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) are dressed in festive outfits after Easter Sunday.

Some newborns got into the Easter spirit at Grandview Medical Center. The babies are in the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit and were photographed with some fun Easter props and outfits.

Nurses at the Neonatal Intensive Care Units of UNC Children’s in the Triangle helped lift the spirits of the departments using festive costumes and props.
