UPDATE (3/21/25) — The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office said it's dismissing a first degree rape charge filed against one of the Sperry High School students accused of rape.

TULSA, Okla. — The preliminary hearing for two Sperry High School students charged with rape by instrumentation was rescheduled because of a scheduling conflict from one of the defense attorneys.
