According to the DeKalb County Police Department, officers responded to the 2600 block of Wesley Chapel Road in reference to a person shot shortly before 6:40 p.m. When they arrived, they found a 25-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds lying in the parking lot.

According to the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office, Danny Hunter was found guilty last Thursday of involuntary manslaughter, felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of gun possession. He will serve life in prison.
