Emergency crews responded to the scene of a wreck at a notoriously troublesome intersection in Shreveport Wednesday, April 23.

MORE: The Department said first responders were working a crash involving an 18-wheeler and six other vehicles that closed down all southbound lanes Wednesday morning.

Drivers are asked to avoid the southbound lanes of U.S. Hwy 35 heading southbound while the roadway is shut down.
