HOUSTON - The Houston-area teen at the center of an Amber Alert has been located. According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the 16-year-old girl was found safe and has been returned home.
The girl's mother had been hospitalized since March 19 and said she left her daughter in the care of a friend.
