The talk surrounding Opening Weekend in Major League Baseball concerned the New York Yankees and their “torpedo bats.” The Yankees opened their season by sweeping the Milwaukee Brewers and scoring 36 runs in three games.

But don't expect Jazz Chisholm Jr. to do away with the controversial torpedo bats anytime soon. The Yankees infielder had himself a huge opening series against the Brewers. He hit three home runs, drove in six with five hits in three games.
