In the third round, Cincinnati lands Iowas State wide receiver Jayden Higgins. This is notable, as Tee Higgins could be on his way out. Jayden is 6-foot-4, 215 pounds -- so he could be a seamless replacement for Tee. The Iowa State star caught 87 passes which went for 1,183 yards and nine touchdowns during his 2024 college football campaign.

During an appearance on the “Up And Adams Show” with Kay Adams, the coincidentally named Adams said, “I heard they’ve been looking into Tee Higgins” while praising the Bengals’ wideout.

The Los Angeles Chargers have very obviously been targeting the 2025 offseason’s free agency and draft as a means to upgrade the offense around Justin Herbert. A new regime led by Jim Harbaugh and general manager Joe Hortiz stripped down the offense around Herbert last offseason to set up the rebuild.

If the Cincinnati Bengals need to replace wide receiver Tee Higgins, who is a free agent this offseason, one NFL analyst believes the team will take a Missouri wide receiver in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft.

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler provided an update on Friday and wrote the following: “Tee Higgins (questionable, ankle/knee) improved every day in practice and there’s optimism he can play Sat. vs. #Broncos, barring new development, per sources.”
