The man told police he set the blaze using hand sanitizer, an old lighter and some printer paper. “He lit that fire knowing he very well could have died,” a prosecutor told the court Wednesday.

The video then shows him walking over to some nearby trash bins with what looks like a lighter. In the video, you can see a small flame coming from the lighter as he rifles through the trash.
