A Baltimore County mother spoke exclusively with 11 News Thursday night, just two days after her 4-year-old son was shot and killed in their Rosedale apartment. The bullets also hit the child's mother and his 1-year-old sister. "I was grazed by a bullet in my head," said Promyss Marcelle. "It basically (went) like through my head to my shoulder."
