An all-out war has broken out between south cinema superstars Nayanthara and Dhanush over a three-second clip in a Netflix documentary.

Nayanthara criticised Dhanush for the delay in the documentary's release. She further shared that even after removing the film's material from her documentary, actor-producer Dhanush and his production company sued them for using a three-second behind-the-scenes clip.

On Saturday, the Jawan actress took to Instagram to criticize the Raanjhanaa star for refusing to grant permission to include scenes from their film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan in her Netflix documentary, Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale.

Tamil actor Parvathy Thiruvothu, Dia Mirza, Ekta Kapoor, Shruti Haasan, Nazriya Nazim, among other celebs from the film industry gave a thumbs up to Nayanthara for her post against Dhanush made on Saturday morning.
