Gary Day, accused of abducting a Wisconsin teen, agreed not to fight extradition back to Wisconsin from Nebraska.

A man accused of abducting a Beaver Dam teenager made his first court appearance. Gary Day also waived extradition hearing, and he's scheduled to be brought back to Wisconsin.
