An MBTA Green Line trolley parked at the Park Street station collided with another trolley behind it Wednesday evening, NewsCenter 5 has learned. The incident happened just before 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
About 100 riders on two other Green Line trains behind the trolleys involved in the incident were escorted about 250 feet to the nearest station, the MBTA said.
The MBTA partially shut down service on the Green Line in Boston because a trolley rolled back into the trolley behind it at Park Street. WBZ-TV's Brandon Truitt reports.
