Harvey Weinstein won a legal victory in his rape and sexual assault retrial in Manhattan, as his pleas to get out of the “hell hole” he calls Rikers Island were granted by the judge.

It appears things are finally looking up for Harvey Weinstein, who recently scored another legal victory after last year's successful appeal.
