The New York Knicks' Mikal Bridges discourse soured after Friday's rough outing against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Knicks had a tough shooting night in their loss to the Thunder, but Mikal Bridges did not make a shot and finished with zero points.

To get the sophomore to practice the way he played in games, Villanova and former Knicks teammate Ryan Arcidiacono told The Athletic that coaches would have to intentionally push Hart’s buttons. Wildcats assistant coach Ashley Howard said the staff “would have to talk trash” to Hart in order to get him engaged.

Mikal Bridges shot 0-for-9 from the field — with seven of those 3-pointers — in the Knicks’ 126-101 loss to the Thunder on Friday night at the Garden.
