After a tumble from the mountaintop with his last album, Baby sets his eyes on a return to the top with his fourth album ’WHAM.’

Lil Baby is back on top. The Atlanta rapper’s latest release WHAM earned a first place debut on the Billboard 200 chart, making it the first No. 1 album of 2025. This marks the 30-year-old’s fourth No. 1 album, following It’s Only Me in 2022, The Voice of the Heroes with Lil Durk in 2021, and My Turn in 2020.

This week, we get a fresh jolt of energy, as SZA and Lamar make way for two blockbuster debuts. Lil Baby enters the chart at No. 1 with WHAM — an acronym for "Who Hard As Me," not a tribute to the duo who spent last Christmas in the top 5 — which becomes the rapper's fourth consecutive chart-topper and seventh album to hit the top 10.

Lil Baby collects his fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart, all tallied consecutively, as WHAM opens atop the chart dated Jan. 18. The set earned 140,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending Jan.
