TCM Classic Film Festival has announced its closing night selection, Michael Mann's "Heat," which marks its 30th anniversary this year. The 1995 crime drama stars Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and late actor Val Kilmer;

Eric Braedon, Barry Bostwick, Sean Young and Lol Crawley will also be there, two movies will be shown in VistaVision, and ‘Heat,' featuring Val Kilmer, will wrap things up.

Francis Ford Coppola, who directed Kilmer in 2011 film “Twixt,” wrote, “Val Kilmer was the most talented actor when in his High School, and that talent only grew greater throughout his life. He was a wonderful person to work with and a joy to know — I will always remember him.”
