Ty Burrell opened up about why he hasn't been able to attend every reunion the 'Modern Family' cast has had since the beloved comedy series ended in 2020 in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE.

This family is still intact. After fans thought Ty Burrell, 57, who played the beloved Dunphy family patriarch, Phil, on “Modern Family” had died, he reflected on where that rumor started.

In a video accompanying the reunion photos, several Modern Family stars lamented, "We miss you, Ty!" Some fans assumed the worst, flooding the comments with concerns about Burrell's well-being.
